Madison Albertson received her J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, and obtained a B.S. in International Relations from Middle Tennessee State University. During law school, Madison clerked for the Honorable James F. Russell in Shelby County Circuit Court. She was also a recipient of a certificate in litigation, inducted into the Order of the Barristers, and competed nationally on the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court team in 2021 and 2022.
Madison concentrates her practice in trust and estate planning and elder law, including Medicaid planning and asset protection.
