Byrd & Byrd is proud to announce a verdict recovering a valuable classic car for a client from an auto repair shop and awarding him a $15,000 monetary judgment in a Maryland Consumer Protection Act action in the District Court of Maryland for Prince George’s County.

Our client, a seasoned  gentleman, entrusted his classic car to an auto repair shop and paid thousands of dollars for repairs. Instead of honoring that trust, the shop took advantage of him and wrongfully refused to return his vehicle. After a contentious trial, Byrd & Byrd trial attorney Daniel J. Byrd & Byrd successfully obtained a verdict returning a valuable classic automobile to our client, its rightful owner, along with a $15,000 monetary judgment, following a full-day trial in the District Court of Maryland for Prince George’s County.
