Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

UPDATE AS OF MARCH 23, 2020

Byrd & Byrd is operating during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) issue

Bearing in mind the current health and safety concerns related to the Coronavirus, Byrd & Byrd remains open, however most business is being conducted by phone, email and/or postal mail, with limited in-office scheduled appointments.

In addition to our statement delivered on March 16, 2020, Byrd & Byrd is taking the following actions:

  • We will transition all non-essential appointments from in-office appointments to appointments by telephone or email.
  • Our office will remain open for essential appointments ONLY.

Please call our office before your appointment to confirm the arrangements and availabilities during this time of caution.

Byrd & Byrd will remain vigilant for as long as necessary. We owe it to our clients and staff to be at our best in everything we do.

If you have ANY respiratory symptoms or a fever, whether due to a cold or allergy, please call to re-schedule your appointment or ask us how we can help you via email, over the phone, or other methods of communication.

Operating during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) issue

During this time of extra caution to slow the spread of the coronavirus, we at Byrd & Byrd, LLC feel it is our duty to convey the actions our staff will be taking to ensure we all remain safe. Our office is considered low risk and we are taking precautions to keep it that way.

  • We will respect personal space and we ask that our staff and clients do the same.
  • If you need to come into the office, we will not be shaking hands with our clients or visitors.
  • Our reception area and conference rooms will be disinfected after each client or visitor leaves.
  • We will not schedule any meeting with persons that have been out of the country within the last 14 days.
  • We will continue to wipe surfaces with disinfectants in all our rooms throughout the day.
  • We will also wipe door handles with disinfectants throughout the office multiple times a day.

Byrd & Byrd will remain vigilant for as long as necessary. We owe it to our clients and staff to be at our best in everything we do. If you need to or plan to come into the office, we ask that you call first to give us the time you will be arriving. This will give us the opportunity to check our schedule and make sure there are not too many people in our office at one time. We will make every effort to accommodate more appointments by phone and/or email to reduce the amount of personal contact.
